From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport: Take I-85 South toward Montgomery. Merge onto I-285 West/GA-407 toward Birmingham. Take the I-75 exit, Exit 20 toward Atlanta/Chattanooga. Take the I-285 East exit on the left. Merge onto I-75 North/GA-401 N via the exit on the left toward Marietta/ Chattanooga. Merge onto I-575 North/GA-5 N via Exit 268 toward Canton. Take the GA-92 exit, Exit 7, toward Woodstock. Turn right onto GA-92 E. Turn left onto Parkway 575. Driving time is about 47 minutes, 40.83 miles.

Additional Transfer Information for customers:
From the airport, a shuttle bus will transport passengers to the Subway (underground transportation) - Blue Line inbound. The shuttle bus is free and the subway tokens can be purchased for USD 125. Passengers will need to transfer to the Green or Orange Line to North Station.

From downtown Boston passengers take the Green or Orange Line or a taxi to North Station. From North Station passengers take a train on the Newburyport/ Rockport Line to Rowley. The train ride is about USD 5.00-6.00 per person/one way.

It is best to call supplier in Rowley in advance for the exact schedule as there are not many trains to Rowley. Supplier will provide shuttle service from Rowley train station to the depot with advance notification only.

Buffalo

Please note there is no free transfer service between Buffalo Area hotels or Airports and the physical depot for Pick up and drop off of vehicles.  Customers must make their own way to or from the depot.

Vehicle Pick up times
For customers who have selected early vehicle pick-ups, customers have to arrive at rental location between 08.00 and 08.30 hrs Monday to Saturday.  Customers must inform rental location that they will be making their own way to the depot at least 3 days prior to vehicle pick-up.  This depot also has transfers from Toronto Airport to the depot so supplier need to know you are a local Buffalo area customer as opposed to someone they may expect to transfer from Toronto.

From San Francisco Airport: Leave airport and merge onto US 101 South. Exit US 101 to Route 92 East over San Mateo Bridge. Then take I-880 North and exit to Davis St. East

Drop Offs
Drop-off time: Vehicles are dropped off back at the physical depot between 09.00am - 10.30am Monday to Saturday.   Transfers back to San Francisco Airport , Airport Area Hotels and Downtown Area Hotels begin at approximately 11:00am.  

Please do not book return flights with departures before 15.00 hrs, (3.00pm) if you want to take advantage of the free drop-off transfer to the airport.

Our full office opening hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 09.00am-17.00pm
Saturday 09.00am-12.00pm

But - you must pick up and drop off your vehicle, meet transfer service vehicles during the prescribed pick up and drop off times. Please ensure you have selected pick up and drop offs that adhere to these times and that these times fit with the rest of your travel schedule.


Transfer locations:
Overseas customers must overnight before picking-up their rental unit.
Supplier provides Hotel Transfers from designated Hotels only.  Customers must be waiting at the designated transfer hotels at specified customer waiting areas at the specified times (see below list) . To ensure that all customers are picked up from their desired transfer hotel, supplier will now require the pick-up hotel information latest 3 working days prior to the pick-up. The customers can also call the pick-up location one day prior the pick-up during the office opening hours.

Hence, for customers who do not spend the night in one of the designated transfer hotels, or do not show up for pick-up transfer at the customer waiting area, or for whom no reporting was received, no pick-up transfer is provided.

Pick ups are available from the following Airport Area Hotels:  Clarion Hotel San Francisco Airport, Vagabond Inn San Francisco Airport, Holiday Inn Express San Francisco Airport, Holiday Inn San Francisco Airport North, Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport and San Francisco Airport Marriott at 7.00am.

Pick ups are available from the following Downtownj Area Hotels: San Francisco, CA: Hotel Bijou, Hotel Britton and Hotel Renoir have pick-up time at 12.00 hrs noon Please confirm with us if you would like to be picked up from any of these hotels as you confirm your booking

Late vehicle drop-off surcharges
Late vehicle drop-off surcharges are USD 30.00 per hour. No airport transfers are provided in the event of a late vehicle drop-off. No refunds are made for early returns or unused portion of rentals.

Vehicles pick up:
Early pick-up is provided between 08.00 and 10.00 hrs for customers using early hotel transfer. For early vehicle pick-ups without hotel transfer from one of the designated hotels (e.g. customer arrives on his own at his own expense), customers have to arrive at rental location between 08.00 and 08.30 hrs and inform rental location accordingly three days prior to vehicle pick-up.

Afternoon vehicle pick-ups are provided between 13.00 and 15.00 hrs(Monday to Friday only). No hotel transfers are provided for afternoon vehicle pick-ups.


Vehicle drop off and Airport transfer:
Vehicle drop-off hours are from 09.00 to 10.30 hrs. Airport transfer is being provided at 11.00 hrs from the rental location to designated airports only. Please do not book return flights with departures before 14.00 hrs, if customers want to take advantage of the free drop-off transfer to the airport.
